Shipping Policy

 

1. ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders Monday through Friday. All orders placed before noon (2pm) will be prepared and shipped the same day. After this time, they will be prepared and shipped the next day.

Delivery times then depend on the shipping method selected. NEW 2000 also informs its customers that these timeframes run outside of weekends and public holidays.

This timeframe may be extended by an additional 48 to 72 hours during special operations (sales, private sales, Christmas period). 


2. DELIVERY

2.1 MAINLAND FRANCE

  • Mondial Relay pickup point - 3 to 6 business days, free from €60
  • Colissimo Home Delivery - 2 to 3 business days, from €5.99


These timeframes may be extended by an additional 48 to 72 hours during special operations (sales, private sales, Christmas period). 


2.2 European Union

  • Colissimo Home Delivery with EU signature - 2 to 5 business days, €10 for any order 
  • DHL Express Worldwide EU - 1 to 3 business days, €20 for any order


These timeframes may be extended by an additional 48 to 72 hours during special operations (sales, private sales, Christmas period). 

Please note : customs fees may apply upon receipt of the parcel. These fees are the buyer's responsibility.


2.3 Other destinations 

  • DHL Express Worldwide - 2 to 5 business days, €40 for any order
