Make a Return
Its cost of €5 will be deducted from the refund of your order or of the items you return.
Return shipping is free for an exchange on your order or a partial return of your order. The item will be exchanged subject to available stock. For a second exchange, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If you request a refund for your entire order, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The return cost will then be deducted at the time of the refund.
In case of a preparation error, return shipping costs will be covered by Place du Jour
First Step
Submit your request through our returns portal. Prepare your package by including your delivery note.
Second Step
Print the return label generated, available in your return summary in the email you received, and drop off your return package at a post office or a Chronopost pickup point (list available here: https://www.chronoshop2shop.fr/fr/trouver-relais-pickup)
Third Step
After receiving and inspecting your package, your request will be processed by our team; we'll let you know how it's going as soon as possible.
